It’s clean, the instructors are great! It’s a safe place. Here is what would make it an 11 out of 10…. More parking lol also think about paying instructors to take classes at other studios to get ideas/see new flows - just an idea

I took Shannon’s 7am C2 class on July 12th. Shannon greeted everyone who walked in with a smile. I loved the sound bowl she started with, her music, flow, and theme. Shannon spoke about the black full moon coming and shedding what does not serve us (this is one of my favorite themes). She not only weaved this theme throughout class, her flow connected with her theme by having us flow all the way around (circular) to represent the moon. I also loved her hands on assist.
Grows for Shannon: saying students names more (there were 8 students and I only heard 3 names—including mine. Adding belly up core. There wasn't any “intentionally” core exercises. Lastly, guiding students out of final review resting pose. I also personally like when instructors guide me out of shavasana versus leaving students there and saying to come out when we are ready and leaving (even with namasta right before a teacher head out of the room).
Overall, I absolutely LOVED Shannon’s class and will definitely be taking her class again. 💖

Mallory C2 - however the room never needs to be that hot WTF?!?! is the point of that? It causes people to stop breathing. .. not good!

Ruby was warm, kind, welcoming, and human. My daughter loved her class so much and wanted to take it from her every day. There was a good balance between effort and ease. Ruby's theme was deeply meaningful for the class and then for life off the mat. Her cues were supportive and effective for guiding me in the appropriate muscle engagement. We left class feeling grounded and centered. Thank you, Ruby!
