I love that LoHi has a decent amount of heat in their studio classes. Thank you! I very much enjoy practicing in a heated room and LoHi does not disappoint.
It was good! The highlands studio isn't my favorite due to lack of showers and the heat in the studio not working as well as other studios, but Annie F the instructor was super great!
Whole experience great. Teachers are top notch and lead an enjoyable, mindful, great class. Studio is welcoming and very well kept.

The 75-minute HPF format was both challenging and relaxing. The instructor Ellen's cues and descriptions help me get the most out of the class.
Great teacher and studio was clean and class was full! Can we move to spraying the weights vs using the wipes. Seems more environmentally friendly :)
