Easy to organize, inspection was thorough and the inspector was great to work and included practical recommendations.
Very friendly and was helpful explaining the process and what was required for the testing, answered all questions WRT the efficiency test. Very professional and efficient. My energy advisor was Amanda Pride, she came equipped with everything she needed including a small step ladder to check out my attic and was thorough, providing feedback on my home. The whole process was less stressful than I expected, it was a pleasure having her complete my home test, thanks again for being prompt in getting my assessment done.
The inspector was knowledgeable, professional and on time.

He went above and beyond my expectations with respect to our conversation about the electrical panel and the amperage to the house. He gave me great advice and sources of information so I can investigate the ability to increase power to my future new house from 100amp service to 200.

Steve was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home, building process, materials used, including how to operate all the mechanicals and how to maintain all the systems. He shared his knowledge and answered all our questions.
