Our first hottub we purchased from Alpin Haus was in 2003. Since then we purchased another hottub and had an in ground pool installed. Alpin Haus has always closed our hot tubs and opened and closed our pool. They have always been courteous and prompt with their services. Just an additional shout out to Jamie as he seems to always go above and beyond! We highly recommend Alpin Haus!

Fast turn around, friendly staff, and quality work
Even in the busiest times of the year the service center knows how to prioritize and get the most crucial work done to keep me on the road until I have the down time to leave the motorhome with them for less crucial work and maintenance. They demonstrate true understanding of the role an RV plays for people like me who use it for work and for people who love to camp here in the north where our season is short so every week is precious.
This is our second year camping and have had a couple of hiccups, Matt Hendershot has been great in helping us with our issues. We are very happy with Alpin Haus customer service and all the work on our RV. Since we bought the rv we have added a few things to the rv and the service/work is always done to our expectation. Highly recommend Alpin Haus.
Easy to deal with. Only problem was one of the hub caps was not reattached correctly an it fell off on the way home

The service I received from Jim and his assistant was excellent. When others have closed or opened my they leave things pending and I have to call for them to complete the job. This NEVER happens with Jim. He is truly a pleasure to work with.
On our way to Maine from Ohio our 12V electric would not work. This was the best repair experience. Jennifer D had us an appointment by 11. Kris found the problem of a loose wire, fixed and had us on the road by 1. This is such a friendly, experienced beautiful facility. I would highly recommend. We are always pleased with the work that is performed on our 5th wheel. It is done right the first time almost every time. The staff is friendly and they all conduct themselves with a professional demeanor.

Theresa and the service techs were extremely helpful. They resolved all the problems and told me how to fix the only remaining problem the black tank knife valve, thanks Mike (?) for the help here. If I can't resolve it I will bring the camper back. You were all extremely helpful and deserve a big Thank You!
