It's convenient, able to get my workout in without it being too busy. The equipment is always clean.
You guys have more equipment, free weights, a lot of space, you guys offer a pool, a sweat bed, a basketball court and more. Also you guys are open 24hrs

For example, The pool, the sauna the basketball court, the parking.
Pluss, I have visited other Powerhouse gymS & we’ve had to pay for car parking, yet, West Bloomfield & a few other locations provide free, amble parking which helps us to workout longer & to grow stronger. since we don’t have to time our parking.

Love it best place to work out
It’s simple and the staff is nice, the only issue I have is other gym goers not wearing masks or not wearing them properly when working out. I personally wear mine my entire workout and after working a physically intensive for 9 hours before hand where I have to wear it constantly there as well.

Very clean, organized, quiet. Sanitizing stations that are always replete with necessary equipment . The people are cognizant of the next person and courteous.
You have a good assortment of equipment, friendly staff, you do not need to wear a mask while you work out, plenty of fans to move the air around and you are open 24 hours. I have a LA Fitness membership and I choose to work out at PowerHouse instead because of these differences.
Great place I love this gym. staff is excellent and super helpful. just wish they could go back to pre-covid 24/7 hours
The staff is and has always been very friendly and helpful. I enjoy going to the gym. During this past year and COVID protocols that have been in place seems to be going well. I would like to see a little more restriction on entry though. Some people still come in the side entry and not the main entry where the temperature screening is. The side entry should be an exit only. Some of the gym goers do not wear their mask while on the floor and would like to see that enforced. But the housekeeping has improved greatly. They are getting back to group classes and can't wait to try one out.
