What do you like about our services?

Everything is kept clean. The showers are easily accessible. Lockers are always available. The swimming pool is a good temperature and usually has a lane available. And there is always someone available to answer questions or help.

It’s a clean gym. Weights and things are kept in their places for the most part. Locker rooms always look good.

What do you like about our services?

Good facility with many machines, pool, group fitness and many other services all under one roof. I am currently using the pool for the aqua therapy with Therapy Unlimited. Great place as well. I'm very comfortable at this gym. The cost per month allows me to enjoy so many services for a reasonable cost. Thank you to all the Powerhouse staff!

The staff is friendly. The trainer (Dennis) was really good. He set us up with a good workout and gave sound advice.
The gym is always clean. The other clients stick to their own workouts - there is no body shaming. People with different levels work out there. Everyone is respectful.
