This gym is well equipped. The machines and cardio equipment are endless!! It’s spacious, clean, and has a private women’s lifting area. The yoga classes are excellent, too. The staff are friendly and the vibe is inspiring.

I love the instructors!! They are very accommodating and make any necessary changes to help people like me who are recovering from surgery participate in the classes.

I like the friendliness and personable interaction of the staff, I like the equipment variety (what I saw), the 24 hour access, the smoothie bar, the sports shop, & that there is a personal trainer available if you choose to employ one.

So I have filled out the form on my app with some of my friends information that wanted to join but no one has ever contacted them, I want to earn my 500 points 😁, The floors are very dirty and the workout room , I go to all the 5: 30am classes, Jen is the best teacher ever! Really cares!! I don't know his name but one of the morning workers was sleeping behind the desk 😬😬

I like all instructors and all classes that I attend. I just wish club provide more classes for most popular ones, like Aqua Aerobics. They used to have the class every morning. Now it is only 3 morning classes a week and all classes are over crowded.
I just started, so I'm too new to comment on all your services. I am impressed with the large facility, all the equipment and friendly people at the desk. I am a senior citizen, and I really like the women's section upstairs!
