I absolutely love the Gym in Commerce! I I had a consultation with Katherine the trainer today and she was very knowledgeable and so kind! Made me understand things and how to truly do the exercises and feel them in the right spots. I definitely will be signing up to see her once twice weekly soon!

I love the free weights and the fact that classes are included in the membership. I also love the fact that it feels like home. The vibe is friendly, supportive and welcoming, from both staff and other gym-goers.

I love the women’s only section of the gym. As a woman I feel so much better about working out being in an area with other women like myself. I like how the equipment is spaced out like even when the gym is crowded you don’t really know because a there’s so much open space and great space in between machines
lots of equipment and, in most cases, broken equipment is fixed quickly

A good number of classes and activities to choose from for working out.
I really enjoy the music and moves in the Zumba classes especially Jen and Caitlin's. It is only teninutes from my home. Too ront desk staff are very friendly too. Plenty of gym equipment for avid bodybuilders or novices alike. Price is competitive also for the services.
Variety of weight machines not seen at other gyms- clean- people are nice- open during covid- and personal training is excellent with decent pricing
