The equipment and being 24 hours
I enjoy the variety of exercise classes and the many extras like many different excercise machines and the basketball and racquetball courts. And the pool, whirl pool and suana.....
Love the huge size of the gym and the type of advanced equipment available.

The friendly staff that is here to help you. The clean surroundings. The gym is constantly being cleaned and the sanitary wipe dispensers are continually monitored. Even the members follow the rules and wipe down the equipment before and after they use them. The follow up of of your trainers and PT staff after my sign up.
The equipment is top of the line.
You even have the NuStep that I'm using at Henry Ford Cardiac Rehab. I have been able to continue my routine on the alternate days that I'm not at Henry Ford. After I'm released for Henry Ford I'll be able to continue my routine.
Plus the fact you have a pool and water aerobics that I will soon be able to attend. Foe others there is the full basket ball court.
