Open 24/7 is th best service. Everyone minds their business and it’s a small but friendly environment. The staff is very helpful and genuinely concerned with getting you in shape.

The gym is clean and the staff is friendly!
It’s a good gym. Plenty of good gear, basketball and the section for women. The clientele is good, I have never seen issues or trouble. The gym is cleaned and tended to nicely.
