I like P.H.G. very much. It offers a variety of classes. Any type of exercise machine.
I am interested in aqua a. mainly - it helps my arthritis.
Also, I like the woman's workout area upstairs.
The locker room is clean.
My only drawback is I moved from the Novi area - it is a distance from me now. But I plan on making the drive to the gym in decent weather.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is very clean. Large selection of equipment and activities. Especially the machine’s in the women’s workout area.

You need to address the issue of a lack of lockers in the men's room. People put their cards in the lockers and take the keys. Also, people set the combination locks and lock them for future use.

The gym is 24 hours, there are a wide variety (and a good amount) of cardio machines, and the class options.
The Powerhouse gym is clean and professional!

There are classes every day at good times for those of us who work.
It's a nice sized gym, pretty clean too.
BUT I was a member a few years ago, haven't been inside a gym since 2020 due to the pandemic. some of the machines, "Smith" racks, etc., need maintenance.

Love Powerhouse for the most part. I mainly go there for group exercise classes. The only areas that I think they should improve on are getting more bags for boxing and offering more Bag Boxing classes. We're short a bag right now and that really messes us up if a class is fully booked. Regardless of that, it would help to get a couple more bags in general so that we don't have to share a bag as often. Sharing is great until it takes away from a workout when we do kicks. ALSO please offer more bag boxing classes in general. There's a reason why they fill up on Mon & Sat with Stacy. She's awesome in particular, but having more of those classes would be great regardless of who's teaching them. Maybe on a Wed night? Boxing and barbells is just okay compared to the regular bag boxing classes, in my opinion. I get the best quality workout with Stacy's Bag Boxing classes.

I use the showers a lot after the gym and we could use another hair dryer in the womens locker room
The tanning beds look ancient lol, maybe an upgrade on those bad boys? You can’t even see the buttons on em.
The change from carpet to mat material what is a good change where you can stretch however there’s tons of a lot of salt and debris on the ground which makes it painful if you sit or put your hand on it, could use a little better cleaning job in that area
Other than that it’s my favorite gym to work out at so keep up the good work :-)

Almost perfect! It would be 10 starts if there’s hot spa like Power House in Novi.
