The facility is kept very clean and orderly. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Sometimes the music is too loud and makes it uncomfortable to exercise. The music should be background only. When you play a variety of music not everyone likes every style but it's fine at lower levels. When the volume is high the sound bounces around and becomes very annoying.
The sound level at the reception desk is lower than other parts of the facility. The desk people sometimes set the sound level for their enjoyment and don't realize the sound is much louder in other area.
The staff does turn the volume down if asked but I don't like to be put in a position to ask for something that may be perceived as special attention for one person.
I hope the people who are damaging the walls in the gym and the other exercise areas are being
removed from the membership. They don't deserve to be in the club and don't appreciate what you are offering members.

Short answer everything. Longer version employees are very helpful trainers are amazing and very energetic and uplifting. Other customers are also very helpful and courteousto the less experienced who are just starting out. It has been a very great journey for me so far.
