Best bang for your buck. It’s a gym with everything you could ask for and it costs less than $50 a month.

Gym is clean and organized, unlike other local gyms. The manager shows up and always looks over gym to imrpove and maintain a standard not seen in most 'chain gyms'. This is a gym that is hard to find these days.

All of the options to workout on, and plus the people are nice when you first walk in. Then all the members are cool to, always will to help out. It's a good fitness community.

The staff are very friendly. The gym is clean and overall you feel welcome. We were nervous going back to the gym but it has become part of our routine again.
Great staff, very clean, awesome class selection. The only thing I would love to see change would be the addition of more bag boxing classes with a stronger focus on technique rather than hits.
