Layout of the exercise area with plenty of natural light, nice showers, good parking, friendly staff.
What could be improved is weekend locker room maintenance. After 2pm the locker rooms are a mess and the maintenance staff on weekend duty is not doing the job. I see a lot of standing around talking amongst themselves.
The other concern is the volume of the music. Often it is too loud. I understand that everyone likes different music but that's all the more reason to keep the volume lower. The volume of the music might be the number one reason I would hesitate to recommend West Bloomfield location.
The music does not add to the experience most of the younger people listen to their own music via earphones etc. The rest of us are stuck with a loud party/club music atmosphere.
I also want to mention that I support any actions to remove club members permanently that damage walls and equipment. The club doesn't need the bad element.
Clean. Friendly staff. Lots of choices in classes and equipment.
Equipment is well kept. Need to focus a bit more on keeping plates put away properly, this would improve the appearance of the gym. If things are organized is seems like members might feel obligated to keep it that way.

It’s a good gym. Plenty of good gear, basketball and the section for women. The clientele is good, I have never seen issues or trouble. The gym is cleaned and tended to nicely.
