Zerorez was very professional and friendly. John, my technician, was very knowledgable and walked me through the entire process while explaining things in detail. He was courteous, prompt and finished the job quickly but thoroughly. I will definitely use Zerorez again for carpet cleaning and other services.

John the technician was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly!! What a great associate you have in John. Not only did he take the time to explain the product, he was friendly and efficient. This is my second time using Zerorez, once in Nashville, and now in Norman. Both times the service, product, and outcome have been amazing.

Zerorez is a well run carpet cleaning business. You can set up appointments online and get an estimate of cost immediately. The technician is friendly and professional. I have used them several times and recommended them to friends and family. Our carpets look great!

It had been a long time since we'd had our carpets cleaned and they needed it badly. I heard about Zerorez on The Sports Animal and decided to use them. The young man who came to do the cleaning was very thorough and put extra concentration on the worst stains. The carpets look fantastic now! I was very pleased with the service and the cleaning. I highly recommend Zerorez.

Technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and conscientious during this critical time of the COVID crisis!! He wore his mask, gloves, shoe covers and constantly maintained social distance during his visit to my home. This is the 5th time I’ve utilized Zerorez OKC and once again...they did not disappoint!!! I HIGHLY recommend.
