I didn’t catch his name, but the guy who came out here walked me through the whole process and showed me where are the horrible spots were that would need extra cleaning. Once he got his quote together he started off by saying once it hits a certain price point is when he advises that it may be time to just get new carpet. We definitely already knew this but the fact that he didn’t push us right into what was “needed” was awesome and greatly appreciated. He got all of our carpet done within an hour and a half and was great to work with!
