I loved how clean my carpets are now! I was able to save a significant amount of money by not replacing them. The owner that came out from Zerorez also recommended a carpet guy who fixed my carpet that had holes in it. Zerorez was perfect! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a job done perfectly!
They do a much better job than anyone else I have ever used. My carpet is completely dry by the next day. Zerorez is professional and always on time! The guys are friendly and they work very hard!

I thought the 2 gentleman that came were knowledgeable & helpful. They provided a great option for cleaning my 9x12 wool rug. My only concern was the lack of explanation about the additional cost for pet treatment—I presumed it was part of the overall treatment since I was clear about having pets when I booked the appointment.

I really liked how flexible the individual was that came out. He didn’t try and talk me into a bunch more services he told me what he would do and what my options were and I was able to make a decision easily. The carpet looks great and I’m very pleased.

We get the friendliest professional service from Zerorez. That's first. Second is the fact the rugs are cleaner, softer, and more dry with Zerorez. Last, is the value in the 3 room deal when available. I used to scrub my own rugs... What a chore. It's not worth it.
Technician was very nice and respectful. He did an awesome job on the carpets and even helped us fix the pet odor issue we had from the mice infestation.
I would highly recommend this company as they hold themselves to a much higher standard of care and service than most companies out there and it was nice to see a company that still has the interest of the customer in mind.
