Up-front quote matched the actual service fee provided. The representative thoroughly explained any add ons to my wife and was not high pressure about selecting add on options that would have significantly increased the cost of the cleaning. I do think the pet stain add on is a worthy service and will probably elect to do it next time. We just stuck to the promotional 3 rooms and a hallway for $129 promo price to see if we liked the service and we did!

Very friendly and great explaining the treatments and what to expect. I have dogs and have used them several times for the pet treatment on my carpet. Smells great after every time they treat.

I was very impressed by your services. Your technician explained everything and was polite and courteous. We had two areas that our dog had just about ruined and everything came up and no smell was left. I feel like we have a brand new carpet. I will be using your services again.
