We used the regular carpet cleaning with the pet stain level one option. The pet stains ended up needed a level two extraction and they were quick to come back out and get those spots cleaned. We like that the carpets dry within a couple of hours and the level two pet stain extraction really does work. No smells, only clean carpets and each technician was very professional and friendly. We definitely recommend ZeroRez and will continue to use their services in the future.

Austin was a very nice and knowledgeable young man. Carpet was gone over with black light to see where cat threw up. Nice to know it was treated where needed. The tile grout once dry wasn't as clean as I thought it should be they. A scheduled was quickly scheduled. Appreciate the quick follow up.

The communication from the company leading up to my appointment was great. Eric was courteous and kind when he got to my house. He did a great job with some tough pet stained carpet and it still looks and smells great almost a week later. He also provided me with great tips to keep my carpet clean on my own between visits from Zerorez. Will definitely use again!
