I believe the Zerorez process got my carpet as clean as it could possibly be. Except for one highly worn spot, the four rooms Eric cleaned look completely clean. And I love the idea that there’s no residue in the carpet. I also enjoyed how respectful Eric was during the process. He communicated well throughout with me, letting me know how everything worked and advising me on my specific needs. He was very upfront and collaborative. Highly recommend.
