The technician was awesome. He was very professional when telling me about the extra fee due to the size of my living room. He also made sure I was very happy with the work he did explaining why certain spots may not come up due to the type of the carpet it was, along with the way forward if one particular stain didn’t come up with the possible pricing. I mentioned that I was thinking of going to wood floors and he went what you all can do to take care of those for me. Overall a very good experience and I am definitely gonna use you all again.
