With the srart of making the appointment, to the confirmation phone call to the person that came to clean our carpets, each and every single person was curerous and professional. They made sure all our questions were answered while making the appointment. The service technician was very professional and told me what was going on with each step of the process. I would definitely recommend zerorez to my friends and family.

Zero Rez has been cleaning my kitchen carpet for several years. Eric Wallace has been able to get red pop cycle and coffee stains out. I have recommended Zero Rez to a number of friends. Name removed
