Eric ALWAYS does an AWESOME job!!!! We are transitional housing so we have people come and go and sometimes when they go...it can be BAD!!! This time we had a huge blob of something red, thick (fortunately, not blood) and presto...it is gone!!! The carpets look brand new (except the cigarette burns (we are a smoke free property....how does that happen?????)

Very professional workers and the treatments they used are top notch. They removed stains from our upholstery that I thought would never come out and our carpet feels brand new. I will highly recommend!

Eric did an excellent job!!! We had massive stains (unknown and possible urine), I thought the carpet should just be replaced, but we are a non profit organization, so the Board did not wish to do that. Eric was able to clean and deodorize and it looks livable again!!! Ready for another resident. Zerorez always does an excellent job, very professional, courteous.

The service call happened in the time frame expected and the personnel was top notch. He tried to up sell but wasn't pushy. We did take an upgraded deal and the carpets looked great when finished. We'll use your services again.

With the srart of making the appointment, to the confirmation phone call to the person that came to clean our carpets, each and every single person was curerous and professional. They made sure all our questions were answered while making the appointment. The service technician was very professional and told me what was going on with each step of the process. I would definitely recommend zerorez to my friends and family.
