Thomas, the technician who cleaned my carpet was very good, friendly, mannerly and very good to answer ALL my questions. I consider him to be a highly asset to your company, upon my next opportunity to have my carpets cleaned I would request him to come back into my home and take care of my carpets. I like that I wasn't pressured to buy a bunch of products. My carpet is only one year old and this was the first time it has been cleaned. I like that it looks like new again.

We really liked that the carpet felt soft under foot instead of stiff. Our carpet is old and we were really impressed that it felt so good. It dried quickly and didn't have any chemical smell. Jon was on time, worked quickly and was very personable.
