I wish I could remember the associate's name, but he was extraordinarily professional and friendly. He took the time to view each room and thoroughly evaluate the job. He explained what he'd be doing and offered suggestions for cleaning my hardwood floors. Upon completion, he asked me to walk through the house to make sure I was satisfied with the work. He explained what to expect after the carpets were dry and made sure all of my questions were answered. He was meticulous, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The work was outstanding and I hope when I use Zerorez in the future that I will have the pleasure of working with him again. I heard your ad on my local radio station. I HAD stains on my carpet from dog vomit when my dog was very sick. We had a different company clean the carpets last year but the stains were still there. Zerorez came on Friday 8/20/15. The stains are completely gone! The carpet is clean and smells wonderful. The technician who did the work was friendly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I recommend Zerorez very highly.

The actual cleaning was done in a timely and quick manner. Erik was on time and came back out to do some extra spot treating the next day. Very satisified. Looks great!

Eric was very professional and assured me that he could get the grout clean. He did, and now I love my tile again!!! They made the appointment to be convenient with my work schedule and not when they wanted to do the job.
