Our technician, John, was very professional...explained everything he was going to do...asked if we had any questions during our appointment. He was professional, courteous and friendly. The results of his work were excellent. We had carpets and tile cleaned. I will certainly be using Zerorez in the future!

I enjoyed my Service Technician's, Sheldon, expertise and knowledge of the issues I was having. He listened to all my concerns and then explained the why, how and when. It was absolutely informative. I would want to use him every time I have a cleaning. He came early and was gone fifteen minutes after his scheduled window was supposed to start! I'm so glad I heard this carpet cleaning service advertisement on the radio and called them to have my cleaning!
