Results speak loud and this was a amzing experience. Called before coming and gave us a 20minute window. Was in our driveway right on the dot.... Did a tour of what we wanted cleaned and what we expected to pay and time and moving concerns. No moving required. We expected the numerous dark spots in 4 areas were not really going to come out. When he finished and wanted us to inspect the results, we had 3 rooms and hallway looking new! What a shock! Whole operation took just over 60minutes. Eric was superb! Made sure we were happy....Thanks to Zerorez . Much better than the other services tried in the past two years.

i could not have been more pleased! The tech was professional and on time and did a great job on my sofa. The sofa was only about four years old but it been in a busy hair salon and taken a lot of wear. After Zerorez was finshed it looked almost brand new.

I liked having the option to have hot water only because I had too much chemical in carpet from previous cleanings with other companies. My techs were very thorough in cleaning my carpet and careful with my walls. I will use Zerorez again!

I believe my carpet cleaning professional was Brandon. He did an outstanding job on my carpets. Initially, he conducted a walk through with me and listened attentively to my concerns as I pointed out items, and then further inspected for possible stains under UV light. He completed the cleaning in a timely manner and then did another walk through of the cleaned areas.

It was late in the day when he arrived, but he treated my home like it was the first and most important stop he had. Kudos to him.

John, who cleaned our carpet did a great job. He was informative about the process and gave me a bid on tile and grout for a later date. There were no stains that didn’t come out and no smells afterward. The carpet was soft to the touch and dried faster than I expected. He did suggest and I agreed to turn the AC lower and switched the fan from auto to on.

Today I couldn’t be happier with the results.
A few years ago a competitor cleaned one of the bedrooms and John mentioned there were a lot of suds that almost clogged his hose as he cleaned that room. And, let me just add that competitor advertises “no residue.” I did not call that company again because the guys who showed up to clean the carpet high pressured me to but more treatments.

My concern with all professional carpet cleaning is the residue and I’ve never been happy with any service as they all did leave residue. Any residue does cause just normal foot traffic having your carpet looking dirty again within a short amount of time. With that in mind I’ll be updating my review later to let anyone know who is interested whether I felt my carpet did in fact have residue and did it start looking dirty too quickly.

At this point ... I have not one complaint! John who cleaned my carpet was professional, friendly and did an excellent job. Looking forward to having Zerorez out again to do tile and grout.

I have had Zerorez clean my carpet and grout for the past 3 years. They are the only ones I would trust to get out the pet stains and just the everyday dirt the vacuum doesn’t get. Erik works so hard to make my carpet and grout look brand new again! He is always so great to work with, and the prices are so reasonable and worth every penny. I highly recommend Zerorez!

Friendly and professional, does a great job

I've used Zerorez once before and liked the service. This time was no different..Rep was knowledgable about the product and helpful with me in suggesting movement of some furniture to clean underneath. He was done on time and was very through.
