Ease of getting an appointment and showing up within the timeframe of 30 minutes. I was confused about how deep cleaning would go. I was hoping for a little deeper clean esp when I was told over the phone to expect 12 hour time to dry and tech said 1.5 hours. I feel it probably didn’t clean it as thoroughly as I hoped.

They mean what they say with their 100% guarantee. We had a concern with the cleaning with our carpet. We called them back the next day with our concerns and within 1 hour the supervisor was at our home and he took care every concern that we had. We are totally 100% pleased with their service and we are going to recommend them to all of our friends.
