I feel comfortable using ZeroRez products in our home knowing they are safe, especially with little children crawling around on our carpet. Each person has done an exceptional and thorough job, even on tough areas.

The staff I have worked with, Eric Last name removed is very nice, efficient and does a great job. The carpets dry quicker than other applications and there seems to be no residue.

Our tech, Erik, was great! He was punctual, answered all of my questions, and provided suggestions and tips to keep our carpets and tile clean going forward. Not to mention our carpet and tile look new again!
