I feel like my carpet has really been deep cleaned for the first time since it was installed 20 years ago. It feels so clean and fresh! The guys did an awesome job. I was a little apprehensive about the cost but I’m happy with the results!

The technician,Jon McBride was excellent; he was a 10+. He explained all the services Zerorez provides. He went over all our carpets with a blue light indicating places our pets had accidents and made recommendations for the best cleaning results. Our carpets look great and our house smells clean. Our asked about Zerorez tile cleaning services and he gave a brief demonstration on the kitchen floor and the results were amazing. I will definitely have our tile cleaned by Zerorez and will ask for Mr. McBride.

We have lived in our house for almost 11 years/ previous owners had a dog that peed on the guest bedroom carpet- then our dog did and then we got a puppy- we had it cleaned by another company but it NEVER was really clean nor smell very good- but now the spots are gone! It smells great and looks and feels so much better! Very happy!
