Did a wonderful job!

The service tech told me he might not be able to get all of the stain out, but was able to remove one very well. A couple of the other stains did not remove very well and I was disappointed as they were just red dirt stains and thought they would be able to get them. The service tech was very professional and did his best. I just think Zerorez does not have the right equipment or chemicals for cleaning. I was disappointed, but I am rating this high because I don't want the service tech to take a "ding" for this.

The prompt service and the fact that they didn’t have to use my power or water during the service. No extra expenses for the customer goes a long way.

I had taken the time to research Zerorez, listen to, and watch several of their video presentations before I scheduled an appointment. The fact that Zerorez does not use soaps and detergents really appealed to me. Upon arrival, I told the guy I wanted to quiz him first about the company, turns out he was the franchise owner for Oklahoma. Eric was extremely friendly, he explained well the process, took his time to do his job well, and also made my family and I feel very comfortable with using his company. At the end of the cleaning, we felt we had not only gained very clean carpet, but we also felt we had made a new friend. I would surely recommend Zerorez to others and I will surely use them again in the future.

I have used Zerorez for years, I have always been pleased with their work. Recently, I had them clean the carpets in a rental house that I own. The carpets were only a couple of years old, but the renters had allowed a dog to urinate on the floor, and the traffic areas were very dirty. A very nice young man, named Jon (forgotten his last name) came out, he arrived on time, was VERY professional, and did a fabulous job on the carpets! He had good communication skills, he was very clean, and explained exactly what he was doing to insure that the carpets were as clean as possible.
I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone.

The tile looks brand new. The best it has ever looked. The guy who came out did an awesome job. First name removed
