The tech called and showed up on the first part of the "window" - huge bonus. He was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. The gentleman let me inspect every square inch of his work to make sure it was up to my specs. IT WAS!!! Great company that uses no chemicals. Called on Friday and they were on site on Monday. Very fast response time!
Excellent job of cleaning the carpets. They were done very quickly and professional, too. This is our second time to use zerorez.
