Carpets look great. Zerorez got a computer ink spot out of my carpet that has been there for a couple years. I even had several pet stains that came clean with Zerorez (now I do have Stainmaster Pet Protect Carpet but I could not get these stains out myself). Fast, on time and a great price. I will use this company again.

Normally do a very good job cleans good smells good dries fast easy to work with I did have one spot I need to redo which did not come out of the carpet I think they will take care of that
