I have used Zerorez several times for my personal and rent houses. I have always been pleased with the carpet cleaning. Recently I also had my tile and upholstery cleaned along with the carpet cleaning. Very glad to get it all done at once. The gentleman that came was professional and pleasant.

Jon was very personable and did a fantastic job. Our carpets look great and were dry within a few hours.

Zerores was very professional and kept in contact with me. The floor guys really worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted to be done. They cleaned cloth barstools and my sectional as well. The only issues I experienced were that when the floors dried, I could see places that weren't as clean as I would have liked. However, it wasn't bad enough to call them back to fix it. I would definitely use them again.

James was very nice, friendly, worked quickly, and our carpets look great. He was able to remove some very ugly stains, for which we are thankful. Now we will see if those stains "re-appear".

I just used Zerorez to have my carpet cleaned for the second time and I am, again, very
well pleased with their services. First of all the men who service it are excellent. From the moment they get there to the end they are very informative, friendly, polite, and thorough.
First time, a year ago, it was Erik, this time Jon. Of course the main thing is the no residue,
no chemical smell. But instead a fresh, clean very light fragrance and clean, clean carpet. I had a 3 to 4 months old coffee stain and it is gone. I have recommended them to my family and friends. I am 100% satisfied with Zerorez services.

I was truly impressed with how kind Erik was and knowledgeable. He took his time when he cleaned my carpet and explained the entire process. My carpets have not looked this good in years.

It was amazing to see the change as the suction of your machine took the soil out of the fabric and made it look new again. I liked that it was very little furniture needed to be moved or what machinery your person brought in the house was only a hose.

This experience was unbelievably pleasant and I have already told everyone I have seen (who will stand still and listen) about your company and how painless it was to have you come in my home and clean my furniture. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
