The claims are true. After the carpet dries, it is soft like brand new, not crunchy with soap and residue left behind. Good job.

Price ended up being more than I expected. When I called and booked the appointment I told Dave that there were pet urine stains in one bedroom and thought that was already included in the price.
They also took down the wrong phone number for me so the first appointment was missed.
The Dr Pepper stain in another bedroom came right back up. Fortunately the house sold anyway.

I alike how fast that it drys fast and it is so clean . The people are fun and there are some service people out there that don't like there jobs. But these men are so nice and they are fun. They do the job they are here to do and do it very well. This my forth time and I will not use anyone else
