I wouldn't use anyone else. Jon is the hardest working young man I've met in a long time. He does an excellent job and works very hard to do so. My carpet dries relatively quickly in comparison to others and clean my carpets. In addition, I can tell there's no residue left. Then the the smell is wonderful after you clean my carpets. Please do not change whatever it is that makes my house smell so good!

Excellent carpet cleaning! The polite and knowledgeable service technician walked through every room in the house, let me point out areas of concern and correctly told me what would and wouldn't come out. Further, he gave me an estimate on the spot as to how much it would cost and he was done exactly when he said he would be. Finally, when I found wet carpet the next day, he was there in an hour to vacuum it up (even though it turned out it was from a leak). Can not recommend Zerorez highly enough!
