I had heard ads for Zerorez Oklahoma City on the radio several times and based on reviews I read about them I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. I am suspicious by training and thought their intro offer was probably an opportunity for one of their reps to upsell. That was not the case.
The tech called promptly before he arrived to confirm everything and showed up just as was scheduled. He did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. We would definitely use their services again as needed down the road.

The special price was great! Every detail was explained before during and after the process. All persons we dealt with were courteous and friendly. John, who did the cleaning, arrived within the time requested and the job was completed in about 2 hours. The carpet looks and smells fresh and clean. No chemical smells. Pet stains are gone. Two sofas were cleaned also and they look great. Will be calling Zerorez again in the future.

It was a large job, 6 rooms and a hall, and was done in about 2 hours. He did a good job on the carpet, some stains were too old to come out completely, but overall we were very satisfied with the results.

The last time my rug was cleaned, it smelled awful! This time there wasn't any odor at all! They were able to clean my slate floors and they look so good! Being in the kitchen, thy get really dirty!

I love the way the carpets feel when they dry and I also have allergies and since no harsh chemicals are used I do not have any allergic reactions during or after carpets are cleaned.

Your call taker was very professional and ask the right questions and answered all my questions. Your operator "John" was very polite and professional and moved my furniture around and cleaned my carpets, several places over 2 and 3 times to get it right.
Then after he finished he moved my furniture back in place and told me to wear socks if I needed to walk on the carpet and it should be dry in 3 to 4 hours.
The carpet was dry and looks brand new, I will use them again if I need to in the future.

I heard about Zerorez on KOMA radio (92.5 FM). From my call to set up my appointment until the job was complete, I encountered nothing but friendly, professional help! My window was from 8-10 on a Saturday morning and he was there at 5 after 8! That never happens:) He did call me prior which I really appreciated. He was thorough and CLEAN and worked the whole time he was there. Job was fast and I was never happier with rug/upholstery cleaning. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends! Thank you!
