From the relaxing hair wash, to the hot towel, to the can of pop at the end, it felt like my son got the VIP treatment. I only wish I could remember our stylist's name because he deserves all the recognition. He was absolutely incredible. Not only is he an exceptionally talented stylist, but he made my son feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and valued from the moment we walked in.
To put this visit into perspective, my son had such a terrible experience at another salon that he was seriously considering never getting his hair cut again. As a parent, that was heartbreaking.
This experience completely changed that. He walked out smiling and said, "I look good, I feel good, I am definitely going back!"
That alone says everything. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful experience into one that restored his confidence. You've definitely gained a loyal customer!
They made sure to get the right hairdresser for my son’s very thick and curly hair. The person he was originally scheduled to see was not as experienced. This decision was SO appreciated!

I had a great experience at Tommy Gun’s. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I liked how they worked together to keep everything running smoothly. I also noticed how important customer service was and how they made every customer feel comfortable. It gave me a positive impression of the workplace and showed me the value of being professional, helpful, and working as a team.
The stylist is very professional. I like my new look and will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

I don’t live in Kamloops and having a random barber cut my hair is always risky, but… I stopped in a year ago and Precious did a great job! When I came back this summer, I was thrilled that she was able to give me another amazing cut!
The gentleman that was doing my son’s hair was very calm and kind to him. My son has been raving about how great of a time he had getting his hair washed and cut.

The front staff were very articulate, friendly and professional. I loved the touch of being able to have a drink during my appointment. The entire salon felt relaxed and comfortable. My barber (apologies as I forgot his name) was excellent. Very professional, accommodating and friendly. He was chatty but not over the top. A real nice balance and a lovely experience all round. I will definitely be back.
The young barber who is originally from Syria did a fantastic job! I think I finally found my barber!
