The cleanliness is always above a 7 at the realto location. Parking lot is usually clean, the entrance is alway clean as is the entry way. Restrooms always need some of attention. The staff is always friendly above a 9 , the prices are comparable to others in the area, the seats are comfortable but not the best 8. The popcorn is good 8 and love the idea that when I come to a santikos I am contributing to my community 10. sure makes paying for jalepenos more tolerable. The movie screens are nice and never notice any blown speakers which is great. The selection of food is great.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The movie selection is great. It's not as fancy as some other theaters, but is warm and accepting. You feel welcome and cared for there.

I always enjoy coming to this theater. There is a minimal amount of kids and horseplay is not tolerated. I love the convenience of having tables in front of me and the fact that you can eat,drink and enjoy a great evening watching a movie.

The movie tickets are reasonable and the food is . don't like the tax part, but I understand you have to tack it on now. just so use to it already being included in the price.
I like that certain movies dont allow a certain age group in certain movies.
