Great movie teather
Rialto is our home away from home. It has great prices and a good menu. Plus, it has an excellent rewards system. The more you go, the more you gain.
What I like the location.
It has been a very long time since I made a complaint. I really dont like the way the prices are setup now. It's so confusing and the time frame price was the best. Now the matinee to is bad. Most people are at work during this new matinee time.
The parking lot have lots of pots holes that needs to be filled before it mixes up someone tires.
Well the prices have changed but I still like going here.

Love this movie theater great service all the time. Clean as well in the theaters. The only bad part is going to the restroom are always so dirty and disgusting. Hate having to hold it till I get home. Other than that it's great.

I just want say thank you to your AMAZING Rialto staff. I have been coming here for years. I really enjoy the atmosphere. I work a crazy schedule and I love how I can bring my family and have dinner and a movie all in one. It makes the small amount of time I have available seem so much more. On my last visit, I managed to buy tickets to the wrong theater. I'm not sure how, but it happened. I went up to the counter, hand a quick laugh with the staff and wanted to see what my options were. They were wonderful and with no hesitation offered me tickets to the next showing of the movie I was trying to see. It happened to be an hour off. On top of that, they offered me game cards for my kids. I can't explain how excited they were. To go from the disappointment of not being able to see the movie, to getting to play games AND see the movie. They were absolutely thrilled!
I wish i had the names of every person I dealt with today because it wasn't just the managers. The gentlemen who was behind the food counter was so polite. He explained the specials to me. He kindly walked me through the confusion on my rewards accounts. i had 3 rewards accounts open. (no idea how I did that). All 3 had money on them and explained the best way to use what I had on my next visit. He didn't have to do that. But he took the extra effort to make sure I was informed. This happened BEFORE I figured out I had gotten the wrong tickets.
I just really want you to know how these guys go above and beyond. I always feel so comfortable here and tonight just brought that home even more. You have a great thing going on. I wish more places had the customer service you do!
