The staff was very help. With questions and the the food staff was helpful and response quickly when the menu went up and checked up on us.

Food is great and we love that our food is ordered and comes to our table. Being able to choose your seats is great too. We prefer the Santikos Rialto over the newer theaters actually.
The drinks are pricey and the service fee should go away as the customer can tip as they feel appropriate.

On Friday July 27th my family and I were at the 1:30 showing of Incredibles when towards the end of the movie the screen stopped. During this time everyone who was on duty was very apologetic and we were offered a rain check. The movie was started again but then stopped again. We were then told we could get a refund on top of the rain check. When we were leaving everyone (even the guys who were coming in to clean up between the shows) said they were sorry (and meant it). What GREAT customer service!!!!!! I haven't seen this kind of customer service in a long time. Thank you for a great experience.

Love that this theatre still has matinee movies. It’s a very comfortable theatre and the food is good. I have been going to this theatre since it was the galaxy theatre and have enjoyed it since then.

We LOVE SANTIKOS Rialto. My wife and I and 4 kids go all the time. I love how it’s always real clean, you have the membership account and your admission price is sooo good especially between 4-6.
