Love to have food with my movie! Some of the seats in row G are very worn out. There's one you practically slide out of. Other times I've been to the shows in theater 7 were awful because the screen was so dark. But we love the Rialto and the food and snacks!
Fast moving line, good service at counter and in theater.
Everyone is friendly and as it needs some updating especially chairs it is kept very clean even cleaner than the newly renovated ones...one of my favorites theaters.
The food that I ordered was very good, and though I’m not fond of the 15% service fee tacked on to all orders placed in the theater, they were transparent about it on the menu.

The staff at Rialto are above and beyond the best of the best! I love going there because I know their customer service is top notch. It would be great if all the theaters took notes from them!! In addition, the theaters and bathrooms are clean which isn't easy to maintain with all the traffic they get. Not to mention the good food! A few things changed with quality and menu which I imagine were not in their control....but I miss the burgers that were served about two years ago. I've been loyal to this theater for a number of years now and plan to continue that tradition. Thank you
It was good but the server forgot my popcorn and now I noticed there is a service charge. I just want to make sure I get credit/points for the money I spent on concessions today which was $62.88.

Staff is kind and helpful
Everyone was friendly. The theater was clean and so was the open arcade and bar area.
I’ve been going to that theater when is was the Galaxy, It now clean, modern, with great concessions and service . The east side parking lot is in real bad shape
