I usually have a good experience except for 1 time the person sitting next to me was on her cell phone during the whole movie, as on and off and on , i was frustrated because I was'nt able to enjoy the movie, but I did inform management when I left. So Last night I went to see ant man and the wasp with my sons and low and behold the man in front of our next row was shining bright. I didn't get up to let someone know , but I give him a chance to turn it off , to which he did 5 mins into the movie. I Just wish there could maybe be more monitoring by the staff and have them confront some these folks that are totally rude and inconsiderate towards other.
The Rialto is our go-to Santikos theatre. From the ticket sellers to the concessions to the wait and cleaning staff everyone is polite and seem to truly enjoy their job. We always are able to get the same seats and the sound is never too loud.
We try to be there at least twice a month.
Great service. And you can eat and drink while watching a movie. Love this place.

I like I like the people that work there your staff is very courteous helpful and understanding only thing I wish is that would give bigger cups for drinking water for those that are Kate have soda or sweet drinks

The prices where great especially if you take you whole family. Seats where comfortable. But the popcorn isn't that great its too salty without you even having to add any more. But overall it was a great experience.

Guest services and customer service excellent! Food is good. Atmosphere is cool. Love the convenience of eating real food while watching movies makes me feel like I'm eating dinner at home in front of the tv with family!

I like the fact that Santikos gives so much back to the community and provides so much support that some folks have NO idea about. I will continue to patron and support the company and will recommend then to all my friends and co-workers.
I love that the Santikos brand gives back to the community. The Rialto theatres are spacious and even though the showing was sold out, it didn't feel crowded.
