Santikos Rialto is my go to theater everytime. I love the price and the food is delicious everytime. Being able to order from your seat allows you to relax and enjoy the movie. This is the theater I take my family and friends to everytime. Thank you Santikos for providing an all around awesome entertaining experience.

The friendliness
i have been coming to your theater for years. The rialto is my choice theater. The management could use a little help and training. But!!!! considering the area and the local teenagers they hire, I CAN UNDERSTAND THEIR SITUATION. However, my issue/experience is your Santikos App. I have had my registration done twice at your theater and paid twice by your management, but for some reason my information does not get recognized. Therefore i have to buy doing the quick buy thing. The issue I have is considering I spend a lot of money in your theaters, so why not take advantage of the rewards account. The problem is i CANNOT GET REGISTERED. What do I have to do or who can i talk to in order to fix this issue/problem??? Look! I enjoy going to your theaters, but I love the convenience of using your app. I just want it to work. Can you help me?

We like the Rialto but it needs major renovations to the seats and environment. We have started going to the Embassy just because of the seating.
We love to go to the movies and its the closest to us
We drive farther to ambassy theater for the comfort of the seats

I purchased a Combo with a large popcorn and a large drink, and was asked if I wanted to redeem my available loyalty credits. I said no thank you, and was charged the normal amount, and she scanned my loyalty bar code from my phone. I was charged the correct amount, but I think it also deducted my loyalty points, because when I looked today I only had 4 points in my account. Please contact me to clear this up.
