I just want say thank you to your AMAZING Rialto staff. I have been coming here for years. I really enjoy the atmosphere. I work a crazy schedule and I love how I can bring my family and have dinner and a movie all in one. It makes the small amount of time I have available seem so much more. On my last visit, I managed to buy tickets to the wrong theater. I'm not sure how, but it happened. I went up to the counter, hand a quick laugh with the staff and wanted to see what my options were. They were wonderful and with no hesitation offered me tickets to the next showing of the movie I was trying to see. It happened to be an hour off. On top of that, they offered me game cards for my kids. I can't explain how excited they were. To go from the disappointment of not being able to see the movie, to getting to play games AND see the movie. They were absolutely thrilled!
I wish i had the names of every person I dealt with today because it wasn't just the managers. The gentlemen who was behind the food counter was so polite. He explained the specials to me. He kindly walked me through the confusion on my rewards accounts. i had 3 rewards accounts open. (no idea how I did that). All 3 had money on them and explained the best way to use what I had on my next visit. He didn't have to do that. But he took the extra effort to make sure I was informed. This happened BEFORE I figured out I had gotten the wrong tickets.
I just really want you to know how these guys go above and beyond. I always feel so comfortable here and tonight just brought that home even more. You have a great thing going on. I wish more places had the customer service you do!

The free refills on large popcorns and free refills on all of the drinks (non alcoholic). We enjoy going to the movies and these are really nice amenities to offer your customers! Thank you for doing this because it definitely saves rather than having to pay for drink after drink during the movie as well as the wait staff being able to get the refills for you so you don't have to miss key parts of the movie. You've got your customer service down and we as consumers really appreciate it!
Customer Service was/is Great.
Discounted tickets for the matinee showings--the cheapest tickets for the theaters near me. Short lines, reserved seating, and rewards for Santikos membership. The Rialto theater is close to my home, there's plenty of parking. The theaters, restrooms and lobby are always CLEAN. The staff are friendly and very professional. They are always able to answer my questions. Highly recommended. I visited the Santikos Mayan Palace once and it is BEAUTIFUL and great seats.

The staff was awesome, the bartender was pretty quick making drinks and seeing how we got minutes before the movie started it was a big plus. Also, my girlfriend loves the fries and fried pickles there so we order them thinking it would take a while, but it didn’t. It was a pretty good night.
