Went to see Pet cemetery. Friendly family atmosphere. Sound was good. Like having a table to set drinks and popcorn. Wish chairs would recline more. Comfortable seats. Best of all trash bins inside of theater helps encourage visitors to clean up their own trash.

The experience was exceptional from the moment we walked in we where welcomed and greeted with a smile. All our concerns where addressed and handled in a timely fashion. The customer service at the bar was amazing the bartender (carisma) was friendly and the drinks delicious the service in the theatre was accurate and served in a timely manner fresh and delicious. The employees and management really set the tone for a great experience. Overall I could not be more satisfied. Thank you Santikos Rialto for being the go to movie theatre experience!

Been coming here for 38 years!!😝 It's not too big, i like the tables inside the theater, popcorn is always fresh, theater is always clean. Love reserved seating and easy to buy online. Staff always helpful and polite. Food from menu in theater is very good.

Very nice theater and very close to my home. I always get great service and great information. I’m a member with santikos because of how great I’m treated every time I come to enjoy a film.

Love this place. Always nice to watch a movie without excess noise. The Rialto Piccolo movie theater.
I enjoy coming to the this theater and and our food and drinks count toward the rewards.
Beat that drafthouse. Where i used to go before but after 30+ movies i never seemed to ever get a single reward from alamo draft so i asked about my point they said i only seen 3 movies. Even though on line said i was at 33 . so they lost my business.

Customer service in general but especially this visit because one soda machine ran out of coke and the other machine had flat coke. Employees were very helpful in getting new coke added in time for our movie.
I love it all! The fact that I can purchase online and don't need to wait in line. The fact that they don't allow children in the Rated R movies unless w/a parent. And the fact they have tables and food accessible with an usher. I like to go to the theater get some drinks ,food and relax after a long stressful week.I won't ever go anywhere else.
