We LOVE Northwest 14 theater it’s our favorite and the staff there is amazing 🤩
The movie 🎥 was great but was not happy about having to get up more often to get 🍿🍿 refills i understand they didn't get the bucket shipment but maybe 2 bags would of been better ...i was redeeming my large 🍿🍿 and got a bag instead my grandson is a 🍿🍿 eating machine
Love the self serve popcorn ! Tickets online is always so easy for me and my wife.
I liked the recliner seats and the size of the theater room. It did not have endless rows of seats, so it made me feel good that there would be less noise and distractions to compete with when trying to watch the movie. I also liked the automatic flush bathrooms, hands free sinks and air dryers. I appreciate the ability to save some money when getting a combo (popcorn and drinks).

Having the ability to purchase tickets at front kiosk and pick seats we like is awesome. It's also nice to be able to get discounts added on, like military and redeem rewards points.

Everything was pretty clean. The seats were clean and the play area was clean too. There was someone attentive to the snack area so it was dirty air littered with trash. The staff was friendly.
Theater is clean, manager is courteous, professional and cares about his customers. Popcorn is usually fresh and we love the fountain drink machine. Recliners are soft and comfortable. The screen and sound are clear and good quality. Overall this is our favorite theater to enjoy movie night.
My only suggestions are Apple Pay, a better arcade selection and fresher pizza.
My favorite place to go and relax and watch a good flick. Great service the staff is friendly and excellent customer service. Definitely come with the family and enjoy!!!

Overall nice and cozy movie theatre. The time that we went the ice was out on all but one of the soda machines, causing a line at the drink station. The popcorn area was a bit of a mess as well but its understandable considering the way the station functions. Overall a nice place and one of our favorites to go to

I love it yall need to close down or upgrade silverado 16 that place sucks, the carpet and couches stink. Literally.

I love this little theater, the very large ones are a little difficult for us older people to get around in. Just too far to walk. Please don't ever close this location.

That theater is great. Even with computer issues the last time we visted, they gave everyone a small popcorn and soda to make the problem right.

I love NW 14 theater. I've been going there since I was a kid. I love the upgrades they have made to the theater lobby, the seating and concessions. It has a homey feeling to me & I am happy that the place got some Santikos love after being a neighborhood spot for so long.
Staff exceptionally polite and helpful. When I downloaded my tickets to see the Minions at 4PM on Saturday, I inadvertently downloaded tickets for the same time on Friday. The manager was ery understanding and found seats for my wife and me. Embarrassing, but greatly appreciated.
It's comfortable, small and has all reclining chairs in each theater. I wish Casa Blanca all had reclining seats.
The theaters are clean and comfy. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. We love the self-serve popcorn and soda machines.
