It was mostly fine. But I really hate having my purse and blankets tote bag checked at the entrance. I always get soda and popcorn, if so, they should check people that didn't buy anything before entering the theaters. It is becoming really annoying since I am consuming at the theater to be checked. Otherwise, I like going to Santikos.

Great experience… great to get back to some normalcy…. A weekend movie… alast. The smell of fresh popcorn. The opening of a great movie. Family’s getting together once again at a movie house making great memories. Everything exceeded expectations. Keep up the great job.!

Everything! The process of printing my tickets at the front was very smoothly. The employees inside were very helpful and the place is always clean. The food doesn’t take long to be ready and restrooms are always clean with available toilet paper. As a female that’s so important! The only thing they mentioned was there were some changes to the reward system and I haven’t received an email about that. Other than that great experience and the employees are very attentive and look like they enjoy their job. Great personality and always helpful!

Very friendly staff. Very important for that you be able to make our favorite snack HOTTT POPCORN more frequently .
Liked seeing more & new emphasis on the screen for audiences to be more respectful of turning OFF or at least down cell phones, but I guess thoughtless people will be that way.

The seats are really comfortable. Only problem was a group of Nationals.. there kids are stupid spoiled and were load almost the whole movie..but I know that's AN outlier..

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It was a small, clean theater. I like that soda machine where I could pick regular sodas or flavored sodas (adding cherry, vanilla, etc.) and that I could add my own popcorn butter. It was nice to see that they provided plastic gloves for people to use in the arcade or for the butter machine; I found that to be such a nice and sanitary option. I've never seen that in any other theater. I didn't get any drinks from the bar, however, I did check it out and the drink machines with the margaritas and jack daniels looked really cool! I will have to try that next time. I like the renovation in my theater as well. The seats were comfy and I like the tray.

My husband and I had came here to watch the movie 🎥 blacklight. Great customer service with the workers and also I love how convenient it is to go to the restrooms 🚽 because it’s nearby. This the best Santikos theatre we’ve been through! I love how it’s a smaller theatre as well & not crowded. I would rate 10/10 stars if I could.
