I love the convenience of the location, the reclining seats, it’s never too crowded, the self serve popcorn and drink stations and it’s clean.
I also like the atmosphere and I love that it’s a smaller than the big movie theaters in town.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Santikos Northwest is my favorite theater. It is close to home and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The employee who sold me my Golden Combo asked if I planned to use the butter. When I said of course, he handed me a tray and warned me that the box the popcorn comes in is open at the bottom and use the tray under it. I so appreciated his concern and thanked him. You need employees like that ( and maybe a better container for the Golden Combo). Keep up the good work.

Very friendly staff. Welcomed us as we walked in. The only downfall is I would like fresher popcorn. I didn’t down rate because of it, because I love this theater. But the popcorn tasted like it had been sitting for some time.
