I love this little theater, the very large ones are a little difficult for us older people to get around in. Just too far to walk. Please don't ever close this location.

Although only one screen to purchase tickets. That could have been a disaster if there was a long line.

That theater is great. Even with computer issues the last time we visted, they gave everyone a small popcorn and soda to make the problem right.

I love NW 14 theater. I've been going there since I was a kid. I love the upgrades they have made to the theater lobby, the seating and concessions. It has a homey feeling to me & I am happy that the place got some Santikos love after being a neighborhood spot for so long.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Staff exceptionally polite and helpful. When I downloaded my tickets to see the Minions at 4PM on Saturday, I inadvertently downloaded tickets for the same time on Friday. The manager was ery understanding and found seats for my wife and me. Embarrassing, but greatly appreciated.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It's comfortable, small and has all reclining chairs in each theater. I wish Casa Blanca all had reclining seats.

Everyone was nice & I was amazed to see them check my tickets. I’ve been to other Santikos theaters & they don’t check them at all. I like the self serve in the popcorn also.

Friendliness of the people helping at the snack bar. The cleanliness of the theatre. The temperature of the theatre. The bathroom was very clean. The popcorn was nice and hot. The area where the drinks were continuously was cleaned as well as the floor.

Good service, great matinee price, theater A/C was at a nice temperature, not too crowded. Still my theater of choice for summer family outings.
