I like that the theater is always clean and the staff very helpful. The popcorn is great and there are no problems with the drink machines when I am there. I enjoy the atmosphere and know that my family and I will always have a great time.
The nice seating and it's close to home. We love Casa Blanca but it's a little too far so this is perfect

We literally had the theater to ourselves. But hated the fact that no fresh popcorn was popped! No self serve was ready.

The Northwest Santikos has always been my number one favorite theater always the crowd the way we're treated just the way the business is being run and the way the professionalism of very inviting to us to be in Comfort to watch our movies they are always very nice and it's very comfortable and clean there all the time I've been going there for many years and continued to go there over any other theater
Santikos is the only theater I will go to! Always so friendly and clean! Popcorn is amazing.
I like the schedules you have that are early in the day as my cousin and I are Seniors and we like that the access to reserve our seats are very easy. I love the idea that parking is so close to the building. Your personnel at the front counter are very courteous and helpful.
The bathrooms are very clean and the auditoriums are also.
I like the size of this theater. It is not so big that you feel overwhelmed by it.

The service is usually great but I beli e we caught the theatre not at its best. There was only one popcorn machine working which made the line of wait long.

I love the reclining seats, very comfortable and spacious. I love your rewards program. The self serve popcorn is pretty cool. My 8 yr old daughter refuses to go to another theater.
Santikos never disappoints it never matters what theater or the time, the staff is always on top of their game and super ready to assist any and all guests. I only ever go to santikos, the theaters are always my happy place

The service at Santikos has always been great for me and is the only theater I ever visit. The chairs and spacing in the theater is also wonderful with the spacious and comfortable seats. The snack and food selection is great. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating even when I have had issues which they helps resolve smoothly.
