The service at Santikos has always been great for me and is the only theater I ever visit. The chairs and spacing in the theater is also wonderful with the spacious and comfortable seats. The snack and food selection is great. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating even when I have had issues which they helps resolve smoothly.

FRIENDLY STAFF AND CLEAN MOVIE THEATERS. JUST CONCERED ABOUT THE PARKING LOTS . I'VE NOTICED LOTTS OF CAR WINDOWS BROKEN GLASS ON THE GROUND.

The movie selections are always good giving me a good variety of movies to see. I love the friendly service and truly comfortable seats. Of course the popcorn and drinks are always good.

I really enjoy the recliner seats along with the spacious rows that allows people enough space to walk through without inconveniencing those who might have their seats reclined. Also, the volume with movies is great! I never have to worry about the movie being loud enough, it always is, never disappointed!

I love wild cherry icee and free refill popcorn. Enjoy the new recline seats and the big theater screens. Everyone is nice and happy to serve you. I been coming here when I saw the first Star Wars movie back in 1977 with my parents. I been coming to the Northwest 14 for a long time
